    This is a good service if it in your area or the areas you travel. I average 1.2 down and 400 up with latency between 95-130ms with the u720 modem. It works well for both my wife and I whether traveling or at home where other broadband is not an option.

    EVDO for some people can be a true replacement for broadband but for most it is an alternative for the above stated reasons. Latency and speed are the biggest drawbacks still at 1.2 down with the ability to be mobile I can't complain.
