I recently replaced my AT&T wireless broadband with Sprint Mobile Broadband. It's only been a couple days but I am very impressed. The staff at the Sprint store was so helpful that I decided to go back and replace our two AT&T cell phones with Sprint phones, 5 months before our contracts were up. It's worth the 3 times $175 to tell AT&T I am cancelling because they sold us out to the NSA. The download speeds advertised of 600 kps to 1400 kps are right in line with what I am seeing. I guess the wide variations are a negative, but the low end is so much higher than what I had before I'm not complaining. I chose the Card Bus over the USB so I can swap the card between my laptop and the router they sell that uses the mobile connection. The latest USB interface is supposed to be even faster. Setup the card in the laptop, plug it into the router, and everything works great. Although the price still sux (99 cents per song) and I don't typically download music, I liked the fact that once you pay you can download to your phone and your computers without paying more than once - once you buy the song you own the access to it. I gave tech support a 3 because I haven't had to use it. The unlimited plan was $20/month cheaper than my old plan, and the TOS didn't include any nonsense that you weren't supposed to use the service at home.
