Ordered a Novatel S720 card via Sprint's SERO program. Received it a few days later. Card was activated with the wrong number, so I had to call Sprint and straighten that out. Support is average at best, but I knew what I was getting into when I signed up as I've had voice service with Sprint for some time.
After some tweaking the service works great, I love being able to get broadband speeds wherever I go. Latency is quite a bit higher that with wired broadband, and upload speed is slow but it's more than adequate for web browsing and even multimedia.
My only complaint is that the connection manager software is a bit quirky. I had to stop putting my laptop in suspend mode lest my card disappear every time I resume. I have not been able to find an answer to this minor glitch.
