    I have been using Sprint for 5 years and Sprint EVDO for about 2 years now. First I was using it through a Windows Mobile phone now I have a Treo 700p. I only use it when I am on the go and need to VPN to work, send a quick e-mail or just check something online with my laptop really quick when away from home.

    It has honestly beat my expectations for a mobile broadband connection. The only downside is that the latency can become high so things like VoIP or Online games is a no no but thats no biggie, I'm pretty sure that issue will be fixed in the future (hint hint WiMax).

    Lastly it has come in hand whenever my Broadband connection at home goes down (due to my ISP or my network config) and I can get online until everything gets fixed. Sprint did a good job on this one, and unlike Verizon mobile broadband they dont have the 5GB cap (even though I will probably never use that much it just feels good having that freedom).

    I've never needed to speak with Sprint tech support regarding any tech issues just billing a couple of times. If you ever have to call for a billing credit (their fault) issue make sure to prepare your case like a defense lawyer in a double homicide lmao..... (Note: Since I have had them I have only had 2 billing issues 1 with switching phones and 1 when changing my plan).
