$59 per month (24 month contract)
"Surprisingly fast, install was very easy"
"I think $59/month is pricey"

I just installed it and am using it for the first time, and I'm impressed with the speed. I was using my T-Mobile Blackberry (edge) tethered to the laptop, this is MUCH faster.
But, comparing $59 a month to my cell phone bill and my home broadband, it seems VERY high priced. I was forced to do this as I'm currently without broadband at home.

1 edit | To bad you didnt find Millenicom To bad you didn't search the sprint mobile broadband forum here on dslreports. You might have found out about Millenicom which is $10 cheaper for the same Sprint unlimited service, no taxes and "other" charges per month. Just a flat $49 per month.
And the huge plus, Millenicom has a GREAT customer service, billing dept and excellent Tech support without waiting on hold, being transferred to another department or the call just seems to vanish into thin air after a 2 hour session waiting for a human to help.
Ive yet to wait more than 5 mins to speak with someone at Millenicom. Ive said it before and I'll say it again, 5+ stars for Millenicom.
OH and the biggest part NO 2 YEAR CONTRACT!

| Re: To bad you didnt find Millenicom Yeah , but Sprint still charges taxes and all the other 911 and FCC (which a broadband modem cannot call 911) charges per month for another (in my state) $6 a month, along with a 2 year contract.
SO lets figure if they drop the price to $49 a month,, but charge $6 a month in extra charges, that is still $72.00 times 2 years is $144.00 extra PLUS the 2 year contract you are committed to. Then if you leave before hand...another $150-$200 ETF. OHH BOY , such a deal lol

1 edit | Re: To bad you didnt find Millenicom Speaking of assumptive, LOL you dont have to "haggle" with Millenicom in the least. I had a Sierra go bad and had a replacement the next day.
And try taking back a modem to a Sprint store, many persons on the forums have complained the stores charge $35 to exchange the modems for a working model.
You seem to stir the pot where ever you land.
