I've had this Novatel EX720 air card for several years. The spot it's ever lived up to it's billing is my son's place north of Baltimore where Sprint rolls out all it's latest and greatest offerings. Throughout the rest of the country it's performance has been barely acceptable to absolutely unacceptable. Watching a YouTube video or streaming TV from back home in St Louis is impossible in almost all the locations I've visited with the card. I keep asking myself why I don't discontinue service and move on. I think that day is coming soon. There are still plenty of WiFi hotspots available I could use - they're just not as convenient as using the card from inside my motorhome which is why I bought the card in the first place. Overall, I have been very unimpressed with the level of service and support I've received since I first made this purchase.
