My experience with Comcast DV was the most extreme positive and negative, with one company, Ive had. The installation took four appointments, of which I was notified of cancellation for one of them. It apparently had to do with porting my number, which is understandable, but not notifying me of cancellations isnt. But hey its only my time - no time or money lost by Comcast.
A problem cropped up after initially being able to access my account online, it stopped being accessible. Their tech support was non-existent. I had to deal with customer service which is referred to as tech support but isnt there was no way to speak with tech support. Those masquerading as tech support were clueless, and five different CS reps ended up giving me five tickets with five numbers with no action taken on them over a two week period.
Service is provided to my location in Florida.
The good: Voice quality is excellent. The installers were excellent. Initial cost for triple play.
If the price rises significantly, Ill be looking at the competition hopefully Verizon FiOS.
