Overall the experiance with psn has not been that bad, i had to do most
of the talking to northpoint to get my install date and to see what was
going on with ameritech, I ordered the line on 03/02/00 and it was installed
03/29/00. It seems that they are a little to congested dureing peak hours but
on off-peak everything is very fast, the dsl light is rock solid and the only
problem i have had is that ever now and then the service would pause for
a minute, i can still ping my gateway but that is as far as it goes.
ping times average around 60MS and download speed averages about 78Kbs
(I have 784/384 ADSL)
