Ive been using them for over a year now for basic DSL Internet connection. Their tech support is very good and courteous although Ive only used them for the inital setup. They reply very quickly to inquiries Connection is very reliable and price is fine.I bought my modem to avoid the rental fee I would highly recommend them for trouble free Internet surfing as I have encountered no problems. I intend to stay with them.
