I have had Alltel for both my wireless provider as well as Internet. Currently I only use their wireless phone.
When I had their wireless Internet it was the best around I never experienced problems with the service hardly except a few problem here and there. I eventually chose to get rid of the Internet service from Alltel for Internet through my cable company, Suddenlink.
I still pay for their cell phone service, I have four phones with only two of the four in a 2 year contract due to upgrading the phones, and I have the My Circle Family Choice Plan for $79.99 (1000 minutes).
As a cell phone provider Alltel is a very good service in WV along with AT&T/Cingular. There are certain parts of WV where Alltel can't reach but Cingular can, and there are areas Cingular can't reach that Alltel can. The price is good for what I pay for but I have had a few billing issues with Alltel.
All in all Alltel is a good provider in any direction to go. To me you can't go wrong.
