    i had an aircard pc5740 for alltel contract expired. i inquired about tethering my laptop to my razr it was only 25 a month addtl so i added it and i have 4 laptops on my network connected to my cellphone and they all work good

    the avg speed is 700kbps down 108kbps up

    i was told i needed a data kit for my phone but i used a generic usb cable and drivers from the internet and it worked
