    my only regret about leaving att after 17 years, i should have done this sooner

    this is my update sinse starting the service 8 month's ago,
    1.cheap phone's,6 in 8 month's,
    2.i had to sign a new 2 yr contract to get a phone that would
    work(but for how long)
    3.when i first signed up i had 3 bar's in my house in the country,
    now sinse vzr buy out,i'm lucky to have one.
    all call's drop when swithing tower's while driving,
    4.customer service (no matter how nice you start out)is going
    down hill fast.
    5.i do not reccomend this service to anyone.
    6.now my only regreat is leaving att after 17 yrs.
    7.it's just a matter of time before i break the contract and leave.(yes it is that bad)

    Feel your pain

    I feel your pain... one employee actually told me "They never should have sold you service." because I'm on the "fringe" of not having anything at all. I ended up buying a 4' tall Wilson antenna and an adapter and that greatly improved service quality but it still has ALOT of problems.

    ya, it's probably the junk they call phones
    that is not helping the problem,i've about had it
    just a click away from breaking contract,not worried about the etf, they can't touch a social security check,and
    no one pay any attention to a creit report with an etf fee not paid to a cell phone company,except a cell phone company,by then my number will already be ported.

    		 If you have alot of problems talk to them about the quality of service and if your so many miles away from the tower they can't charge you an ETF.

    Talk to them have them check the coverage tool, here is what I was told about my service "Our coverage tool, to which retail has access, deems the area fringe, which is grounds for ETP/EDP waiver (penalty free termination)."

    Yeah I feel ya, I always tell them... try to touch my VA check lol they wouldnt get much out of it anyways as it doesn't "cover much".
