-IDSL 144K/$129 per month
-Sales: Sales was very prompt and answered all questions. I guess when they want to get your business, people, faxes, phones, etc. work a little faster and smarter.
-Price: They were the cheapest for DSL service, equipment and web hosting package. Also offer no contract option which is a plus.
-Install: Very poor coordination. There were several "no shows" by the Telco. Took about 2.5 months to finally get service installed.
-Tech support: No such thing as 24/7. Take a long time to call back. I asked three tech people a simple question regarding access to ISP provided CGI scripts (i.e., where the cgi-bin directory is) and it's been over a week and no one seems to know. This puts our webpage "under construction" which costs us customers and money. On a good note, they were very responsive once when our connection went down. Telco rep was here the next day to troubleshoot the problem.
-Miscellaneous: The people at speedsl seem very nice and sincere in doing a good job, but I agree with one reviewer who observes that they run things like a "mom and pop operation."
