 $70 per month "Always a phone call away. Very rare not to have a call back in half hour, even when they are busy" "You don't mess with a good thing. I've had no issues with my service so why look elsewhere"

Started off with DialUp, then progressed to ADSL simply over not having access to the phone while online. Moved house in that time and all without a hick up.
Started on a low plan, then progressed to 1.5GB and would look at the ADSL2+ but it is not an option when it isn't even available to the ISP.
Years later, and now in the hands of iinet. They have tried to keep up with what I became used to and enjoyed - best service ever. However for all the extras that came with that merger, there has been an equal amount of negative. But that is not a specific issue to the company - commercial business is that way. Still I think they are doing a lot better than some ISP's I won't get into details over. Thumbs up for attempting to grow and also keep up. 
Finally reached massive "country" adsl 2+, but still far behind those city folk.....again not a company specific issue, just the commercial business they have to piggy-back off. Love to see those American, European speeds....we all dream.
