I ordered the 1500/256 service, and the rep came to my home the same day. The setup couldn't have been simpler: he plugged the unit into the wall, then into my router and that was it. It started working instantly. I ordered the service so that I could drop my DSL service (256/256 for $40/month). I wanted to get SunRocket VoIP to go with the clearwire so I could drop Qwest all together. After ordering, and while waiting for the SunRocket kit to arrive, I read many horror stories online that Clearwire blocks the VoIP port for third party VoIP (so they can sell their own). When the kit arrived I found that it was true that VoIP was blocked. But I put a call into Clearwire, and the customer service rep said they'd unblock it for me. It took about 4 hours for the work order to go through, and all works fine now. I'm happy with the set-up, and the combined price of Clearwire and SunRocket is less than I was paying Qwest each month for DSL and basic phone service, and I'm getting a lot more.
