I had clearwire installed on a laptop when I was in san antonio and for the first few days the connection was fast and stable but after being at the location I was going to stay in the service just turned out to be downright garbage.

Upload speeds where roughly around 1mbps while download at 0.28mbps according to speedtest.net

So instead of fighting about it I called technical support and asked about possible upgrades in the area in the future. Instead after reading my question the call get's disconnected. First time I called I asked about the poor speeds, they told me that they throttle everyone when a certain location is under a high demand that way everyone can get online. After that they told me good bye and hanged up.

This is completely unsatisfactory for not only any customer but it's poor business in general. I am disgusted by how this company has operated, not only to me but also for just asking legitimate questions. All I wanted to know if they where planning on upgrading the area any time soon, instead I just get a click. So I am going to find a alternative service even with a cap vs this piss poor garbage. I will answer with my wallet after I find a better alternative.
