When we started out, wait times for support were reasonable. First time I needed support in a couple of years, on hold for over 5 hours and counting. I used to work in DSL support so I don't need tech support unless there are issues with the carrier or rented CPE but 5 hours is WAY outta line. Major holiday long weekend and based on the number of callers and support wait times, they got 2, maximum 3 reps manning the phones.
