    This is part of a bundled service package.

    They set up the modem, and plugged in a couple of Vtech phones to charge for at least 12 hours. I noticed the display on the phones were VERY dim after 20 hours of charging. When I picked up one of the phones, the display would disappear. I called tech support. They walked me through the same bs. Unplug the power to the phone modem, so on and so forth. I explained to them that the line is fine. I tested it with a regular phone. AFTER numerous attempts to explain that I only need a phone replacement, they made up a trouble ticket. The ticket according to the service tech showed up as "no dial tone".

    Could someone explain to me why it is so difficult to make a note that the service tech gets, that simply explains a freaking battery needs to be replaced???

    Obviously he did not have phone replacements. He had to go back and pick up some more VTech phones which I now have to charge for another 12 hours.
