    I got PacBell DSL May of 1999. The service was great, the download speeds
    were quick. Email went down once every couple minutes, I hardly noticed.
    The last month has been awful. Email is down 20-30% of the time, messages
    come delayed, now the web access is slowing. I wouldn't recommend this
    service to anyone. It's awful!
