Right from the start, PSN has given me quick, thorough service. Tone
Sharfner took the time to help me evaluate all my alternatives, and
addressed my concerns regarding timing, equipment, and internet/website
issues. On top of that, my hook-up to the street was done within 8 days,
and the equipment from Northpoint arrived 2 days later. I'm actually
hoping they won't be this fast to do the final hookup since I don't have my
new computer yet!
