I was just installed yesterday with MindSpring Max DSL service. When I originally called- was easy, fast and informative- a pleasure. Was told Covad would contact me by email with-in 2 weeks to schedule install. A couple days letter was told would be in 2 weeks. The install was done, very quick and easy too- the service has been great. I wasn't expecting it to be as smooth and easy a transition- nice job-
