I ordered service on April 13 09 it took 2 service calls to get it done right. They set me up for standard equipment instead of HD On the 1st service call. I had to call back in and reorder the HD equipment which took another 4 days of waiting to get that equipment installed. The installer was pretty cool about having to come out again to swap out a dish and install a HD DVR . they also gave me free equipment upgrades to replace an old receiver that I had activated. so far the has been great the prices are decent for what I get. The only thing I don't care for is their 2 year contracts. Also I have noticed that dish network doesn't fade out that much when it rains. It still does I guess that's the way satellite is.

they just aided local hd channels for my area ABC,CBS/fox I would like to see some more hd channels for my area.
