I have been a Dish customer for the last 10 years, I have had no problems whatsoever with this company. I have had to get tuners/sat boxes replaced and it was an effortless experience and was handled very quickly. I have pretty much all the channels available except the Latino channels and only pay a base $99 a month for the programming. Absolutely the best option as far as I can tell.
4-11-2011 Update: I am still a loyal Dish customer! I upgraded all my equipment to HD a few months ago and everything is still wonderful. I could not ask for a better TV provider than Dish.
