I recently have Dish service installed three day ago. The installer arrived on time and look around my house. Install take about 3 hours. I got Dish VIP 722k. Once finish, installer teach me how to use the remote and the DVR. Very helpful. I noticed the Dish took longer to lock signal and I asked him why. He said right now, it is cloudy outside so that why Dish having hard time connecting to the satellite. Next day, it was much better, the HD channels is somewhat fine. TWC offer better picture quality imo. Overall, Im satiated.
