I have had the service for 1 year now. I still like the service for the cost, but for stability.....

    1. The DSL has been rock solid I have NO complaints there.
    2. The IPTV on the other hand is sort of flaky.
    A. The parental locking does not really work good. Every morning I have to unlock our local news channel (KTLA).
    B. There are quite a few freeze ups. I have to re-boot the box one or two times. As for the wife she just turns it off and oves onto something else.
    C. The Video on Demand is lacking. I have tried 2x in the last couple of weeks to find somethng that my family could watch and came up with nothing. They need more content.
    D. Now that my 1 year of freee movies is up there is not much to watch anymore.

Still for the price I cannot go wrong.

I had the Uverse U200 and Elite Dsl installed yesterday. For the record I had AT&T Elite running of an RT prior to this. Now with Uverse I am paying ~$40 less a month than TWC and DSL and getting a DVR to boot.

Tech arrived on time. He discussed with me the entire job from start to finish and asked if I had any questions. I proceeded to tell him my setup. I have a homerun of Cat 5e and Coax running from my MPOE to the install point. His eyes lit up a little. This made the job real easy. He found one glitch in the system (a splitter in the line) which he fixed by going into the attic. At the end of the install one of the STB's was not working and their system was down. He told me he would be back the next day to install the new box. Low and behold the next day he called at 8:45am and was in my house by 9:15 finishing the install.

I can't say enough about the AT&T customer service. They are the best. As of right now their service is good too.
