    Once again, I moved. I no longer have this service.

    It started for me when my first dispatched technician never showed up to do my install and we got another technician. The second technician was surprisingly knowledgeable and friendly. I have the Elite internet package (6meg/1meg) with no TV service. So far I am getting the speeds delivered. My biggest complaint are the pings. I don't understand why they are so high? My second hop is 21ms? My pings were better with my comcast connection.
