I originally ordered the service on June 10th and had them install the service on July 6th due to being on summer break. When the install guy came he was very professional, he asked where we wanted the modem and what TV we wanted hooked up to the cable service. The original order that I placed with the person on the phone was the Max 18, and the U100 service, but when the install was over we only have the Max 12 service. Since I was at work during most of the install I was not able to ask as many questions as I wanted to, but switching to the Max 12 isn't so bad after all considering we always get at least 11Mbps down and 1Mbps up which is speedy, but I would still like to get the Max 18 due to distance limitations we cannot get it. The tv service we upgraded to the U200 free for a month and got an additional box. Kept that for about a month and then upgraded to the U300 free for a month, and now were back down to the U200 service and one tv.
