didn't like the installation experience, but the end result is good.
the installer or sales people didn't want to share any info with me as to where they wanted to install the equipment. so, he got frustrated when he wanted to put the main box in the bedroom (where the DSL terminated) but there wasn't cable lines to run to the tv's (he didn't ask).
overall, uverse wasn't bad - until the caps get you.
