I ordered online and from order - install was about 2 weeks. I already had Ethernet drops ran and working, I also ran CAT6 to my NID so the Tech would have very little to do. I told him all he had to do was get my Ethernet switch hot and I'd take care of everything else. So the install went very smoothly. So when he left he said "Thanks for all of your hard work" But all of that aside the Teach never had to stop and think about what he was doing so that made me think he knew what he was doing. Good guy and very professional. I'm happy.
