We've had Insight cable for a long time and had become growingly frustrated with them. We thought we were notified that Uverse was available to us so we jumped at the chance. We have U 300 for television, 18mb Internet and telephone service in the package for about $60.00 less than we were paying Insight! So far we like every aspect of the service. Of course the channel lineup is frustrating because you have to get so many you don't want to see in order to get the ones you want because of how they're packaged but that's the same with any of the services available.
We considered satellite but Internet Service is a big part of the reason we have the service anyway and satellite Internet is ridiculous. We also want to be able to watch television when it's raining or snowing and based on my experience what I was in a rehabilitation facility a couple of years ago that is when satellite close out.
