I've had U-verse twice and this time seems to be better than the last. I have less problems with KHOU 11(only see pixelation at between 6:30 and 7 PM) . I have a Pace/2wire 3801 HGV Residential Gateway with a Motorola VIP 1225 STB. Connection seems much better with Digital Component wire as opposed to Coax. Need to be a bit knowledgeable to get better support on the phone. Total price over all is 150.88 with taxes on U-300 TV, 6meg down, 1 meg up and U-verse unlimited phone. Moving the service from another apartment had some problems when I had before I got dropped for not being able to pay after losing a job. Second time with new equipment, no real problems. I had more problems between losing service and getting it back. Complain hard enough and do what they can keep you. Turning the TV off with remote doesn't always turn off or on the STB as well.
