So I have had AT&T U-Verse fro close to 5 years or more and have had small hick ups but the last two months are incredible. The internet side is up all the time. The TV side has been so bad and I have called them numerous times, so they inform me over the phone..over they phone they tell me!!! that my house wiring is bad??? 2 years ago I had all my premise wiring (I am a telecom engineer by trade) replaced and had zero problems until the past 2 months. nothing has changed in the house wiring, yet over the phone they tell me my house wiring is bad.... I am amazed that a tier 1 support person can tell me over the phone that my house wiring is bad?? They will be here on Saturday, they better have a different answer or I am off to Comcast land.. I have been with AT&T for cell phone service since 1997 and internet service for at least 10 or more years.....
