The sales man lied about fiber optics to our house. We have had 3 failures in 3 months. Customer service is very hard to reach. They can't be reached in the evening by phone. Customer service called at 11 pm to reschedual a serice call. I was asleep. The tech spent 3 hours replacing equipment that was new 3 months ago. It all failed again 5 minutes after he left. I have no patience for this type of inadiquate service. I am goin back to Time Warner
