So far the video & internet services have been great. I am due a $200 gift card I was promised at sign up within 3 weeks of getting installed. It's now 2 1/2 months later and their site still says its "Processing" If I took that long for one account at work I would have been fired 2 months ago!
Still no update on my rebate card. All I get is that the order is pending. I wish I could tell them that my payment is pending and leave them in Limbo while still getting services.
