I ordered U-Verse Business and a Business Landline from AT&T via www.att.com. Everything went well communicating with the sales rep via email/secure portal. He did stop replying to messages though. Which was worrisome at first.

Since the POTS is regulated and the UVerse side is not, I had to have two appointments with two different techs for service. The landline tech was almost LATE to his appointment due to "him not starting his day until 11am" and my appointment was 8am to 12am. He couldn't understand that the issue with that was NOT my fault and something he needed to take up with his employer when they called to chew him out from Dispatch/Dallas.

He also never called as he claimed. And if he did he called a number that was NOT hooked up- hence the number he was installing. Pointless to call it when there was no phone line ever installed for it.

U-Verse install went on without a hitch. Great product although my speed was not put in the programming as I ordered it. The techs did correct that by sending an emai/chat request. Now I'm waiting on my bill to come to have my pricing adjusted to the correct promo rate I should have according to their website. $64 per month for 12 months instead of $110.

Overall, not a bad product.
