I was excited to see Uverse come as I have been held hostage by Comcast. The communication was great, tech showed and was very nice. Worked about two hours, got a call and said he had to leave. Install was planned for 4 hours but he insisted they would be out to finish up in the morning. Next morning I didn't hear from them, called in and they cancelled the appointment (without telling me!) and said I would have to re-schedule. I didn't see the point as I can't just take time off work and hope they show up and actually finish the job so I cancelled the service. I have had Dish and Comcast and they performed the install as planned and both called in extra support instead of delaying the work.
