I was Start's first customer on the Cogeco aggregate POI, and I am pleased to say that the switch has been well worth it. Service is priced far better than Cogeco with much better transfer limits. I would like to see faster tiers available with more monthly transfer, but all in due time. All of the staff at Start I have dealt with have been extremely friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I have no regrets about switching. Not only will I consider them for myself, but I will be ensuing that I tell all my friends and family about them.
