I signed up online with Start for "Basic Cable Internet" after I decided to ditch Teksavvy's DSL due to the issue I raised in my Teksavvy's review. Customer service agents were really helpful answering my questions, setting up my account, and scheduling my installation. I hope that Start people keep up the great work.
The installation went very smoothly and as scheduled. Also the connection is good and stable with no congestion issues.
