Cogeco customers have long been waiting for a TPIA option and START definitely delivers. The package is advertised as 16Mb, but speeds are currently pushing 30Mb on DOCSIS 3. This is supposedly not going to last long, but is very nice in the meantime. There have been a few hiccups on Cogeco's side, being that this service is in its infancy, but things get sorted out fairly fast. I was able to buy my own DPC3000 on eBay for about $50 and use it.
