I came from Teksavvy DSL which I've always had quality problems with. Their support is great but I was just fed up with losing my connection all the time.
Start has been great so far. Rock solid speeds (3.8MB/s downloads!!!) and stable.
Great forum support from Rocca and they called after installation to make sure al was OK.
You don't get a @start.ca email address by default which was a little confusing (sort of a standard thing to get). You just have to call in if you want one.
Overall, 10/10
