I have never had any problems with Start. The impression is that this is a very professional company, that is top notch with customer service. Speeds are always great. Rocca (the owner) is always around to answer any questions any of us have (including Start Laurie as well). Rocca even answers questions on RedFlagDeals. Just totally fabulous customer service, and great service in general. There is not much more i can say.
