I switched off Cogeco a couple years ago due to their low monthly caps. Went with a small ISP called Iktel but they were unreliable and slow. Swapped over to Start and it's been great. This was all with cable service.
Only the rare brief hiccup in connection so far, it's been 5 months. I get my advertised 20/1.5 speeds and have not approached my 300GB cap.
