I'm a 20 year loyal Rogers customer. Was with them from the beginning from the old @Home days.
The usage caps with Rogers was the last straw for me, not to mention that I had to call yearly and beg retentions to give me a better deal.
Start's listed normal pricing is better than anything Rogers could give me so I switched.
The changeover was painless. In fact the Start rep even suggested that I use up my time with Rogers before actually plugging in the Start modem which I thought was very honest and helpful.
Speeds are great, billing is easy. It's like ISP's used to be back in the dialup days. Simple.
The big ISPs are in for a wake up call because everyone is sick of their crap.
