Left Teksavvy DSL and tired of waiting for Teksavvy Cable. Ordered 20/1.5 300gigs. Speedtest 23/2. Hooked up Modem day early and was already working. DCM 476. Still had to wait next day for Tech who really didn't need to come but since I paid $50 I had him run a separate split line to Modem. Splitters etc... they really should have an option for those like me that have no issue setting up Modem etc... and save $50. he said some have no cable so he has to add filter at box and even tried to do that but I said I had cable TV he called it in and they said yes otherwise Filter goes in box outside. In my case they should have that info and really didn't need a Tech. but I put him to work since I had to pay $50. I liked the fact Start called a few times to confirm things which was cool. Overall I have to say Start is doing it right !!!!
I did find today they changed Speed Tiers and Caps i will see how it goes but may drop to the 150Gig cap for less money and same speed.
