    This is an internet service provider that has relatively low usage caps and charges extremely high fees for going over the limit. Service is usually reliable when it comes to internet (TV is a different story). Unfortunately, there really aren't a lot of options. AT&T might have DSL where you live, but U-Verse is still in its infancy in Lawrence. Basically, you don't have a choice.
