I am not one to purposely leave negative reviews of any company, but I have never experienced such horrible service as I have with these folks -- so much so that I feel that I must get the word out as to how awful this company is. If you can get service from any other provider, do yourself a favor and use them instead of the terrible Sunflower Broadband.
Where to begin...
Sunflower Broadband is simply a horrible cable television provider. Outages are constant, with channels pixelating all the time. ALL. THE. TIME. Their customer service people are condescending and unhelpful. And no matter how many times you submit service issues, nothing ever gets fixed. Ever.
And to round things out, they are VERY expensive compared to other providers. You would think that with the prices they are charging, that could put forth a solid product, but they don't. And you would think that they would add channels once it a while -- but heck no they don't. And when you ask when they are adding specific channels, they constantly lie to you -- saying, "we are looking into that channel and should have it soon", "we are in final negotiations to add it", etc. But when you call back 6 months later, you will be told the same thing. Lather. Rinse. Repeat. Channels are never added.
Do yourself a favor and go with anyone else.
