I started contact on 03/20 and recieved good info on availability etc. After agreeing that the pricing was reasonable, I was told they would sent me a contact and that I should sign it and fax it back. 3 days passed and i still did not recive a contract so I called again 03/23. This time i was quickly emailed the contract wich i read, signed and faxed back. Unfortunatly, the teliquest fax line was down for a couple of days and i could not get the fax through until 03/27. On 03/28 I tried calling to make sure the fax did in fact get there, however i could not get get through, I kept getting a message stating that it was after business hours and to try back. The strange thing about this is that it was not after busines hours. 03/29 same thing. After several attempts to reach teliquest by phone and recieving the after hours message i finally got through to a live body. They apologized for the phone problems and told me it was due to a phone sytem upgrade. I told the sales person that i was trying to verify that my order had been recieved and asked if he could check for me. I was put on hold for a few minutes and then told that they were just too busy and they would call me back. Well, I never recieved a call so i assumed all was well. After about 2 weeks i figured I better follow up since it did not appear that they would. I now got a phone message that said something to the effect that they had to many calls and to try back later, so I did. After 3 or 4 tries I finaly got through and at least had my order confirmed. All in all, I haven"t had any major problems but i'm definately not comfortable with the lack of communication or the problems trying to reach them.
