Broadweave Networks is a local company headquartered in Utah who specialises in FTTH for Master Planned, or Greenfield communities. Their business model is based on getting an exclusive contract with the community to provide Voice, Video, and Data services over an Active FTTH Network.
Broadweave does not yet have TV in their first Community, Traverse Mountain, but currently offers Primary Line phone and Internet to all residents of the community. As a customer you are required to get both internet and phone as a bundle. Unable to pick just one.
The phone service is VoIP in the community only and the internet is currently 5Mbps/1Mbps.
They have a local technician onsite in the community for troubleshooting and help giving it a more personal touch as well as knowledgeable help that is literally minutes away if an onsite visit is necessary.
Overall I feel they are a great company and am glad to have giants like Comcast and Qwest replaced by a small local company using Fiber.
