originally i was with Bell Canada in 2005,, got my last bill in at $1100.00 for one month (i call California for work often) and had enough and switched to Vonage for $39.99 a month
was awesome, till this past year when i saw magicjack had new hardware that doesnt need a computer to run it..
switched to magicjack.ca 6 months ago and been there ever since with no regrets

I had previously had magicjack a few years ago for my many business trips to the USA,, but only now could i use it for my home phone.

the quality is near perfect, never had an outage (not that i would know if there was one that didnt last long.. not on the phone 24/7) but never had a dropped call

i had one experience with customer support,,, using the online method, i was connected to a chat within a minute or two, lasted about 10 minutes and all was fine

only bad part is i can not port my home phone number over to magicjack in Canada.. sucks cause ive now lost the phone number ive had for many many years
but besides that, as i said, no regrets,, very happy here
