I would love to review Ameritech but I cant get past the first step with them. A guy came and installed the outside line but said the pretest failed. Another guy came out and did some work and the outside line works fine now.....BUT...he never updated Ameritech so they are still showing my order as on hold due to the original problmes..this will be sitting in limbo unless the second installer notifies them that everything is ok..Since the line is installed maybe someone knows another place I can call to finish the inside work then Ill just cancel Ameritech.
